Experience with Eden Rock Villa Rentals?

Hello All. I am wondering if any of you have had experience with renting a villa through Eden Rock? We did many years ago and had a very good experience, but wanted some newer opinions/information. We generally stay at the hotel at Eden Rock but they are fully booked for the time we are able to visit. We especially love being on their beach, so one of our main questions is the actual availability of beach chairs on Eden Rock’s beach for villa guests during the high season? And any other experiences or information to share regarding ER Villa rentals would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!

We booked our Villa through ER Villas in May’25.
The process was seemless.

We gave our concierge the days we needed loungers at ER and he made the reservations with their Beach Personnel.
We had no issues in May, however it’s not high season.

We’re tentatively looking at this May and will contact ER Villas again as we quite enjoyed the beach access.

Can’t you just pay and reserve the beach chairs or is ER not like that? I know other hotels are more accommodating of this
