Donkey for Hire

Hey y’all,

I know this sounds a little out there, but I’m throwing a party in a couple weeks and want to rent a donkey for it. Just something friendly that can hang out, let folks pet it, take some pictures - nothing fancy.

Does anybody know if there’s anywhere on the island that does this?

Appreciate any leads!

Our son married into an Indian family (from India, not Native American). The cost for an elephant for the wedding procession was $8000 per hour. We went with a white horse for $1000.

From the super Long Shot Department, maybe contact Jean Claude Dufour from L'Esprit Saline. There used to be (and maybe still is) a photo of him riding a donkey in the restaurant bathroom. Maybe he has a contact? Then again the picture is probably more than 20 years old!
