Does anyone know this Villa?

Interesting descriptions . . . variously described as “one bedroom” & as a “studio” — photos seem to indicate the latter.

Candor in other descriptions also in unusual:
“No assigned parking space. Free parking available inside and around the residence.

The property is part of a large residence that is serviced by a septic tank. Occasionally, light unpleasant odors might come from the toilet and shower drains.

In the unlikely event of water and/or electricity shortage during your stay, both services being provided by the city — it could affect the residence therefore the apartment and the neighborhood or the whole island, in that case the host could not be held responsible for the inconvenience.”

I wonder if this unit is one of the relatively new GypSea “villas?”

It says Villa Creole, and it mentions the possibility of light septic odors. That puts it closer to Mapo and Le Piment than GypSea.

I’ve never really understood what all is above and behind the Villa Creole shops, and that’s where this studio/apartment appears to be. The reviews (I read them all) and ratings are great. My only concern would be parking, but it doesn’t appear to be a problem according to the reviews.

My younger self would have definitely booked this apartment, and I would have walked everywhere from ER to Sayolita. You won’t go hungry in that neighborhood, and there’s a great range of restaurants.

There’s a place I’ve never heard of mentioned in one review, L’Oiseau Cacao. I’ll start a new thread for that.

Thanks for pinning down the location, Kevin. If parking is not a problem, then I would agree that it sounds like a great place for many people.
