They are restoring the quay BEFORE the next hurricane season…update info. Have to work on it now. I agree, they have sacrificed so many parking spaces for this repair and rebuild.

Checked out "Travaux Public" and I assume we're talking about the half of the lot across from the old AMC? If so, it looks like it's they are supposed to be finished by the end of June.

They were digging up all the trees and bushes in the parking lot a few days ago on our last day of wandering through town.
