Day 9

Lazy Villa Day

Not much to say today. Turned the TV on for the first time in several visits in order to catch the Monaco Grand Prix, but so many delays (rain and otherwise), decided to head outside for a couple of hours reading in and around the pool. Getting hungry, stopped for a little shopping in La Villa Créole before heading over to the JoJo Burger in Lorient. I always found they have consistently made the best Mahi-Mahi burger and a really good Cheeseburger, which we ordered with a couple of Caribs. Very pleasant meal, especially with the virtual absence of traffic and exhaust fumes, do to the nearby hill closure.

Back at the villa for more in and out of the pool reading until it's time check out the sunset and prepare dinner.

We have never tried JoJo Burger.....definitely in the plans for November. Mahi Mahi sandwiches are my favorite!

Definitely low-key. Kind of local-ish. With all the typical traffic out front, it seems to be a place to be seen for the scooter set. As I recall there was a "JoJo or No JoJo" back and forth a year or so ago. Here's a picture of my burger.
