Countdown to the new season! Who’s tracking restaurant reopenings and new spots?

Bonjour everyone,


As we head into autumn, I’m getting excited starting to plan ahead for the upcoming 2026/2027 season on the island.


It seems like there are always a few exciting changes around Gustavia and the beach bays during the downtime! I've been keeping an eye out for updates on classics making a return (excited to hear chatter about La Licorne!), along with any news on the hotel dining room reopenings.


For those on island or following closely:


Are there any official opening dates floating around for your favorite local spots returning from low-season break?


Any rumors or announcements about brand-new dining concepts or chef movements opening up in Gustavia or around the beaches this year?

Would love to hear what everyone is most excited to book first once the high-season countdown officially begins!

You might want to check the recent thread entitled "Article about new restaurants coming this season..."
It mentions Zuma (in OC space), Loulou (Shell Beach) and the relocation of Kinugawa to St Jean. There has also been mention of CREAM going into the old Robuchon bakery space, Langosteria as the new restaurant at Cheval Blanc as well as Airelles taking ownership of Guanahani which will bring a new restaurant to the hotel. Also see below, I believe this list was posted elsewhere on the forum.
