Construction noise at Villa or street obstructions

We are looking to visit in the next month and wanted any updates on large construction projects that could impact noise/traffic routes on the island so we can avoid.

In season (March, right?) the major road/utility infrastructure projects shouldn’t have restarted. Though the infrastructure project into town from Public is ongoing.
And always chance of more limited road repairs popping up at any time and causing real headaches.

There is however construction noise in quite a few places. I'd check with your villa or hotel to see if there will be noise while you are there...

we are currently in Columbier and the roads are much improved our agent was very helpful
