Comprehensive seasonal closures list 2023

My wife and I are planning to return to St Barths mid-August (next month). We've been to the island in August before so are very familiar with the fact there are many seasonal closures of restaurants and hotels. Can you all help me with gathering a list of dates of closures for as many restaurants as possible this year?

So far I know of:
  • Le Tamarin - Sun Aug 20
  • Bonito - Thurs Aug 24
Particularly interested in:
  • Bananiers
  • Le Repaire
  • L'esprit
  • Ti Corail
  • Zion
  • Papillon Herve
  • Sandbar
But really all the usual suspects :)

Thank you in advance for your help!!

Bananiers has just reopened after a seasonal closing.

Le Repaire is in new hands, with a new menu, and much, including any seasonal closing, is unclear.

Le Diamant has just begun their seasonal closure.

WIMCO has kindly provided me with the closing information which their Concierge team has collected. Thanks, Stiles!

I try not to, but some are quite happy to cook while on St Barth. I limit myself to breakfast, usually Cheesey Eggs or Omelettes, but I could just as easily make tonight’s dinner (Buttery Shrimp with Peas and Potatoes) on SBH. I just don’t want to.

Kevin, merci for posting this list and for the yummy recipe. I am going to try it out very soon! It’s right up our alley.
