Have you ever had the Ayala rose????? It is delicious, and the only place I have found it is on St Barths.

Wow, there's some margin in those! With our super-high alcohol taxes, 23% VAT and government alcohol retail monopoly the prices here are about half of those (excl Drappier but it's a lot cheaper, too).

Le brillant Dominique Demarville, nouveau chef de caves, a l'ambition de placer la production de la maison au plus haut niveau.

Le vin: bel or vieux rose, nez sans exubérance, bouche svelte, profonde, insinuante, un grand champagne de table. 19/20.

La bouteille à 170 euros.

Oui, ils font un excellent rosé !
