Thanks MantyPam. Will do. However the bar last year was hopping. We might turn the table down just to sit at the bar and have dinner and enjoy the Saturday night vibe that is St. Barth.

They have Philly Cream cheese at the U - it is in the refrigerated cheese aisle, across from the yogurt.

@Cwater. Got a box shipped from home and egg matzoh hand delivered by an incoming visitor. The Chabad also has a stash that the Rabbi kindly shares with those who might need some..

@Cwater The butter is readily available on island at Marche and other outlets. I prefer the demi-sel in the blue and white checkered container by ELLE & VIRE.

Freeze, wrap in saran, then baggie and stow in checked bag to JFK. Freeze in NY.Verified this method today, in fact. Told it was perfect
