For Two

1.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz light agave syrup (0.5 oz is very dry; 0.75 oz is dry but with a nuance of sweetness)
3.0 oz Tanqueray 10
Bollinger Special Cuvée

Place lemon, syrup, and gin in a shaker can with lots of good ice. Shake like a Banshee and strain into Champagne flûtes.
Top flûtes with Bolly cold as Valley Forge.

Mme Cassidain is a fan of French75's, and this is the best formula
I've come up with so far. Boozier and dryer than most recipes you'll run across. A David Lebovitz recipe was the inspiration for this one.
 
We were having icemaker issues for a while with the Sub-Zero so had to buy bag ice. The clear spring water ice made a nice difference in our Martinis, so we continued on with it for cocktails and such.
