Thanks, I got proHDR. We can compare notes.
First photo -- normal camera HDR

Nice John but the problem with HDR- if it is a problem- is the subject has to be still. So its sleeping people and animals or flowers.

This app actually removes much if the ghosting due to movement.

I did notice by comparing the two photos that your lovely wife and dog changed position from one photo to the next, but your feet seemed to stay in the exact position! (Much like my husband once he gets into his favorite recliner!)

It looks like Mrs JEK and the dog are sleeping in the second shot

Wow! What a comparison, John! ProHDR, here I come, also!

So glad to see Over included in the article. It was developed by a young friend of ours...

it will automatically connect to your camera but you have to open the app and then it will work...it will ask you to tap the screen and once you do it will start to do its thing

my dumbass finger being in the way aside...this is what they look like side by side with no tweaking whatsoever on an iPhone 5...first one is point and shoot camera....second one is point and shoot ProHDR

You need to move the boxes to the lightest and darkest areas to get the best effect.
