Says it's new so maybe no one has stayed there yet. Looks very nice for 2 people because of one bathroom only. I like the looks a lot.

We saw this villa being worked on while we were there in October. As a matter of fact, we parked ourselves right in front of it on L'Orient. Never got a look inside but there was plenty going on and we commented on the location, etc. For anyone that likes to be beachside, it's a winner.

As a fellow Rental Villa Owner, clobbered by exchange...hopefully, this guy is starting a trend (like SB Hotels) rates in EUROS!!!
For now, many of us crazies still accept those free-falling (less 50%) USD's from our Guests.

I found this OOOOOLLD thread while doing a google search for Villa SJA (sasha). Is anyone familiar with the villa or perhaps stayed in it since '07? My wife and I were thinking a budget hotel (Petit Anse or Sunset) or maybe beach front this July. I'd like to have a few first hand reviews if possible of this place.
