Diane- The nudes aren't hand-painted. They are made by combining a few negatives on a larger negative. In the darkroom, the image area is bleached, sepia and selenium toned.

Fred, I got it... I just thought it was stupid. It doesn't make me "uptight," it just means I don't find humor in a photo of a naked woman hanging from a tree like some other people...
