just stopped by there and picked up take out, I was in the mood for a little fast food, chicken burger with fries. its the best I have had in ages. the girl there who also works at la plage informed me that bouchon is now owned by la plage. perhaps this is old news, but new news for me. dda got a panini and fries which was also very good and the presentation is top notch.

funny that you say that. I hadn't heard they owned it, but I did hear that the food available at the Tom Beach pop up bar (while waiting for La Plage to reopen) comes from Le Bouchon, so that would make sense...

... and interesting that the hotels are starting to buy up other restaurants such as the Carl Gustaf with the old Route de Boucaniers (currently empty) and Shellona...

I just saw Eden Rock took down the whole building that had the sand bar location. yikes.

Gustav Burger formally Route de Boucaniers:
So Gustav is no more, correct? Anyone know the plan for that spot and potentially opening time?
Might be a good easy spot for dinner with our grand girls after our Sunset Cruise with Jicky.
Merci.

Chipper, a long way from opening. The one most are waiting for is QG in Gustavia across from the post office. That one is imminent.
