1st night back in the US

First night back after our best vacation ever in St. Barth. Will post pics and thoughts over the next few days. Two weeks in paradise works by the way. We dined at Hunter the Restaurant a few miles from where we live in LI. Phil & Amy accompanied us last time they were up north here. The best tuna since L’Esprit. Started with Napoleon eggplant, then the amazing tuna finished with profiteroles.

Stunning! A perfect example of tuna! It’s one of the only claims to fame out here in SD..food is not our strong point but at least the tuna is good. Nothing like missing the East Coast food, though…no comparison to it in the US (from a native NY er..). You had the perfect menu
