The small bakery/café/carry-out is under separate ownership from former Robuchon space . . . I’m not aware of arrangements, if any, to re-open it.Will it be Mexican bakery in place of Daily?
Will be there here churros? BTW, their Pablo St Tropez (if it's the same) rating is 3.8.
Spoiling guacamole with caviar if you ask me.What's more, can you imagine spoiling caviar with guacamole!
June of 2026?Everyone has their own opinion...but personally I just don't see American tourists going to St. Bart's to eat Mexican cuisine especially when it seems like there is a Mexican restaurant on every street corner in the US. And, I just can't see the French and other Europeans going gaga for tacos and tortillas. Maybe the restaurant world and their consultants are in the know and there will be success for "Pablo" ...but... I ask the question: Should we start a pool as to what will be the official closing date for this restaurant?

Nice menu. We have several "interior" Mexican places in Austin. Love them. Also, there are some wonderful Mexican wines available in the US these days.Interesting menu. This place opened up close to my office.

Similarities in the menu. High end Mexican is on the rise. I think there are at least two Mexican restaurants in the city that have Michelin stars.
I work for a European firm. My colleagues say that is difficult to get good Mexican food in Europe. While Americans who grew up with taco Tuesdays may not care, I can definitely see Europeans wanting to try a place like this.
