WHERE THE LOST WANDER by Amy Harmon

A well written tale based on diaries and journals about the pioneer spirit and the movement across the country to California in search of gold and a better life. The teamwork, the hardships, and lessons shared with thecWestern tribes is so moving and enlightening.

Mostly the story of John Lowry, half white and half Pawnee….called Two Feet because he straddled two worlds and heritages. His story, a mule trader and breeder, his family and his connection to two cultures was both heartwarming and heartbreaking.

Fascinating! I wish, Amy, that I had the time to read as much as you do! Meanwhile, I enormously appreciate your commentaries!
