My heart skips a beat!

. . . each evening I look forward to sunset over Mont Jean, across Marigot Bay from Villa CEC. Wendy & I chose our Villa for numerous reasons, including the picturesque sunsets. After 23+ years, I only savor onset of evening more & more. The view is allegorical . . . memories & stories in every view!

Beautiful - enjoy every moment! We are winding down on Fire Island, NY. A bit melancholy for the end of the season but looking forward to returning to SBH in November!

I’m filled with loving, happy memories of Fire Island. . . so many happy times there, especially as I recall the mid-80s & 90s. BOY! (No pun intended!) Weren’t those extraordinary days. Walking the boardwalks, water taxis here-&-there, dancing at the Ice Palace & Pavilion, “high teas,” fun guests at breakfast & lunch. It fills me with great memories, as I’m filled with blessed memories of my SBH years.

Not sunset but the other end of the day. An early morning walk this past weekend with the dog and I saw this kayaker out. If I had not had other plans for the morning I would have pulled mine out for a paddle as the morning was glorious.
