Chokolavany. .... I wish didier had not mentioned it at dinner last night. We went this morning, now I may have to make the trek every morning. Not the selection of other places, but what they have is delicious. And the guy is funny too.

In the street... They do have two or 3 spots behind the entrance wall, but you would be backing out into the street to leave.... And homemade ice cream, did I mention homemade ice cream? And the cinnamon rolls....

Then it’s in PCdS on East side of 209 not far from Toiny. A little sign that’s easy to miss.

if traveling from grand fond area....go towards toiny hotel, go past toiny hotel, toward petite cul de sac. after you pass toiny hotel, there is a steep downhill stretch of road, several hundred feet later, choco is on the right side, very small, its just before you would make the turn to petite cul de sac.

Chokola Vany is our favorite—their croissants and pain aux raisins esp good! We love their ice creams and sorbets as well—have had 4 different flavors so far this trip. Worth a visit for sure.

Chokalavany is actually the closest bakery to our villa for this trip so I'm certain it will be our daily stop! And now knowing about the ice cream that might be twice a day for the children!

Villa location usually determines choice of bakery for us. Chokola V convenient from stays in Pt Milou and Lorient—easier than driving as far as Eden to Go. It’s excellent but we prefer heading east. Lucky you to be staying close to CV!
