Following-up on Kevin’s recent suggestion of this small place, I visited yesterday & want to report on its charm & quality!

The proprietress, Marie Laplane (formerly pastry chef at Bonito, Carl Gustaf, & Hotel Le Toiny), shown here on the right, is lovely (as is her colleague, whose name, sadly, I did not get)

Ms Laplane is very gracious & modest about her pâtisseries, smoothies, candies, biscuits, fruit juices, ice cream, sorbet, and other delicacies:

Everything is made on premises in its spotless, beautifully (albeit very simply- & functionally-) designed pastry kitchen.

It’s a rare SBH gem . . . everything is delicious (I tried many items, including a selection “To Go”). I encourage all to visit & enjoy the sweets, ambience, & hospitality of these lovely young women. They deserve great success!

Really cute! I will volunteer to taste everything in the name of public service 😁 ! I could seriously eat that whole flan by myself (and it isn't even chocolate!)
