Just had a glorious lunch there today. Yann and his team are amazing. Meal was so good. Very local feel with toes in sand. St. Barts is still here.

The “team” players change from time-to-time, but it’s always a great, hardworking group. In January, the service was, as always, classic & essential in making Ti Corail a favorite of locals & visitors.

Enjoyed a beautiful lunch yesterday at Ti Corail. It remains one of our favorites—Camille and Yann as welcoming as ever. Delicious cold watermelon tomato soup and hummus followed by quinoa shrimp salad and chicken with couscous. Dessert an excellent rice pudding with salted caramel and of course vanilla rum. We love the food, view and staff. Yann will be away for the summer again and the restaurant will remain open.

I asked, he didn’t say a specific departure date, sometime mid-May. They will remain open through the summer. Again he didn’t say an exact date but assume until late August.
