Like Kevin experienced, I often had trouble with the CLEAR biometrics. The new facial recognition feature, however, is great -- no problem with it at all.

Delta just in one PHL terminal, and PHL a relatively minor airport. Not even in top 50 worldwide. As opposed to DFW (#4 worldwide) where CLEAR has presence in Delta terminal E.
Of AA hub airports, only DL/United terminals have CLEAR.
