Our last Wolf Trap show tonight - James Taylor

JEK

Senior Insider
After a great year of shows starting with the Avett Brothers and then John Legend and ending with John Fogerty, Sting (two nights) we end with the third night of James Taylor. Great to have such a wonderful venue 10 minutes from our house. Talking to neighbor who went to the second show JT put on a great show and spent intermission on the stage signing autographs and taking selfies.

A long-ago (mid-70s), open-air, Wolf Trap venue was a favorite Summer-time scene for Wendy & me . . . many evenings of picnicking & wonderful music. It’s always fun, John, to see how the Center has grown . . . and to read (& sometimes hear) the programs there that you enjoy.

Celebrated the 50th anniversary last year and with great improvements! More coming next season.
