Exactly how you would ride to the new restaurant. That is the entrance for now.they may want to build an IN ROAD and a separate EXIT ROAD. I have heard that the one road being used is a tangle of cars when busy.

Apparently Eddy walked there from the entrance to the beach at Pati and that’s what I have been referencing all night.

You will find it. There is a sign at the top of the road...not sure if it is permanent. Don’t ride around much anymore as we stick to home base more and more but I do note and things are changing.

Very interesting. The original image JEK posted with the Pati location further east than where I expected had me confuddled. That's the location for Villa BDM. Lovely villa with a great big pool on the beach. I loved the master there but our stay had me resolved to never to rent on the beach again where the living room didn't have air conditioning or at least better breeze. I have never been such a mosquito magnet.

Have to check it out but I am not loving the conceit behind the name. I think the first time I came across the gypset reference was for Lil Rock. I do love that spot though.

Eden Rock is book-ended by the gypset. Guess that makes some sort of karmic sense.

I still refer to the Pati location as the spot where the boucherie was. Miss the bbq in the parking lot.

That is the very spot for Pati. Fabulous sculptures outdoors and a lovely store with her merchandise displayed so artfully indoors.

Yep, I was wrong on that image! As for conceit, I think it is a little like TRANSAT. Appropriated, Anglicized and a little too cute. We stayed in BDM for over 10 years and loved the location, but hated the scooters driving through the master BR at all hours.

When I stayed there (might have been DAD then) we came out one morning to find a car off the road above, hung up in a tree above the villa. The trajectory, if not for the tree, might have been "interesting". I've got a photo somewhere.

There is valet parking right up to the entrance. I took my bike and parked closer.
