Gyp Sea on the Beach

The entrance to Gyp Sea is next to Pati St. Barth in St. Jean and close to Niki Beach, but much different. I paid for a Presidente with a 20 and got 15 back, so it's a beach bar bargain. But their cheeseburger is 33 euros, so no cheeseburger for me. It could be about 4 times larger than lil'Rock and not sure of their hours. This place is what many imagine St. Barth to be like. You're not in Le Select anymore.

This looks like a lovely new addition to St. Jean Beach and makes Villa Marie a more attractive boutique hotel option.

I am surprised to see people sitting at the bar. There was no bar seating during Thanksgiving week and bars at Eden Rock, Nikki Beach and Bonito removed their bar stools.

No sure until Ed verifies. If the road is by Patti St. Barth that is right across from Villa Creole and at the end of the beach farthest from Nikki.

Thanks Amy! I've walked all through that area and it has been neglected for years. At one time the road connected into the Camp David area, but a fence was erected later to separate the areas.

Pati is near Nikki. It’s the coordinates on this map. I used to stay at Villa Cap and entrance was just past the strip stores and telephone store not Pati.

The entry is across the road from the exit of the Vival parking lot...where Zion and the pharmacy are located. The roasted splits...valet parking on the left and path to Gyp Sea on the right. Does this help?

No. The entry is across from Villa Creole way before the Zion parking lot. I was in that exact area in Feb. when we had lunch at L'Ardoise

The "X" on this map shows the correct location. The two times we spent the day on the beach near Nikki we set up our chairs about 25-50 yards to the east. Gyp Sea was actively doing construction while we were there, and it wasn't far from where we were sitting.

I was at the car entrance on Wednesday. Construction is done and that is where you now enter, across from the pharmacy and exit at the Vival shopping center.

Exactly how you would ride to the new restaurant. That is the entrance for now.they may want to build an IN ROAD and a separate EXIT ROAD. I have heard that the one road being used is a tangle of cars when busy.
