SXM Food Options

Any good insight on the latest food/restaurant options in the SXM departure hall? We'll be departing later this week and looking for good pre-flight options and/or food to bring on our flight back to the USA (besides Dominos haha). Menus/photos are a huge plus if you have em!

Eden to go or make a sandwich in the villa and carry it on the plane. Prolongs the vacation a bit.

Anything you bring from SBH will be loads better than anything you can get in SXM. Even a sandwich from the U! Just make sure you eat it all on the plane, I still had a half a sandwich in my bag when I went through customs in the US and they were not happy with me and threatened to take away my Global Entry because of it!

I’m told that there are now not one but two Wendy’s at PJIA. That’s in addition to what they list on their webpage. https://www.sxmairport.com/bars-restaurants.php

As le_rêve says, make sure that you eat or discard any food items before you land. Those cute little beagles in baggage claim do not work for the DEA, they work for Agriculture.

Definitely DON'T bring any ham into Puerto Rico. Not allowed and customs confiscated our sandwiches. This year, SXM wasn't a problem. Sat in the food court at PJA with our baguettes and ordered a glass of something that resembled rosé.
