The dreaded online Check In email has come and it’s time to start packing.

We did Nikki on Sunday with friends.
Early Seating. Food was good. Service on point.
No complaints.
Afterwards we spent time on the beach.

Despite my reluctance to revisit Isola.( we get the same calibre of Italian in T.) We did opt to go in the week and once again, food was sublime.
Eggplant Parm, Scampi, and Seafood Pasta. Dessert delicious.

Our fav though this trip was Zion. We opted for the 3 course at €75 pp.
The best, most memorable bite in all 3 trips was the Calamari , Green Curry and Wasabi.
Absolutely delicious. Forgot to take a pic lol. Lobster Gnocci and Mango Tart were delicious as well.

Best Dessert the Rocher at Nao.
We had a chilled , relaxed weekday lunch here.

Lunch at Sand Bar on a Monday with an empty restaurant was just disappointing. Servers while pleasant appeared to be new and untrained or just having a bad day. Will not return. Watermelon and Goat Cheese salad was jutst sad. No basil/ mint / red onion. Minimal dressing. Really not impressed.

We did the drive out to Toiny. Soo pretty.
Climbed up to the lighthouse for the view.
Stocked up at Ligne St Barts and really just totally reset this trip.
There was no urgency to see, do and eat eveything.

We stayed at Le Village. Lovely hotel.
Gracious people to deal with and great value.

We are at the point though where we feel confident to consider our next trip in a villa.
It was way too hot for us in April so we’ll likely go back to Feb or Jan for our next trip.

We were never asked for a tip at any of the places we went to.

The only bills I saw with a Tip Line was at Zion, but we were not asked for one and Isoletta’s bill indicated Tip not included. Again though we were not asked for one, but we did Take Out from them so that may have factored into it.

We did find prices higher than last year, but the chill vibe, safety and great food are what keep us coming back.

Great report. Thanks. We always stayed at hotels. Sereno when it was called El Sereno, then Filao then Emaraude Plage. When Irma destroyed EP, we stayed at Hotel Le Village and yes a wonderful experience. We were reticent about villa’s however now that we have dipped our toes in the water we have never looked back. Pluses and minuses about villas vs. hotels however, we are now villa people.
