I remember, Phil, that it was 7MM euros five years ago . . . so, the seller apparently is sticking with his price expectations. With future completion of the hotel at the old St. Barths Beach Hotel site, I think the price will be do-able in the foreseeable future. There are few such sites remaining around the island . . . and "they're not making any more of them!"

Location of Old LAFAYETTE CLUB

I am a first time "poster" to this. However, I used this SBHonline extensively in June 2013 when we came to St. Barths and I proposed to my girlfriend. Now we are coming back for our honeymoon in November. THANK YOU ALL FOR THE FORUM INFO!

My real question is where on the island is the old LAFAYETTE CLUB?

It is on Grand Cul de Sac, just next door to Gloriette and very close to Le Sereno.
