As I remember, Amy, the ambiance was 100% romantic . . . only a few steps from waves of the Bay lapping onto the beach, complete with sounds that you would expect. Plus, the lighting was almost exclusively candlelight, sometimes with moonlight.

Michel and Therese would put a table on the beach if requested. That was a wonderfully romantic dinner experience. Just the two of you, the night sky above you, the skylit bay in front of you, waves lapping just a few feet away, and the restaurant at your backs. I don’t think that I’ve ever had a more romantic night anywhere.
