Have Moleskin, have camera, will travel.
Tonight we head to Saline for dinner at Meat and Potatoes with Carole and Henry. The water was very low in the salt pond but thankfully there was no odor in the restaurant.

Phil and I shared Chateaubriand for 2. Each of us chose a side, one green salad, and also potatoes Dauphinoise. We had selected 4 sauces;porcini mushroom, Bernaise, Bordelaise, and Provencal. Truthfully, I ate my portion straight. The beef was tender, juicy, and delicious and able to stand on its own.

The bavette for Henry-a thinner steak of Wagyu beef- was another tender and tasty cut of meat.

And Carole, a non meat eater, enjoyed her fish of the day kabob of mahi mahi

Each couple shared a dessert..the Soyabeans had profiteroles which they managed to enjoy while mentioning that they were missing Missy who had been on island for previous July trips with all of us .

Phil and I shared the warm flaky crusted apple tarte with ice cream and whipped cream and sauce
