Jimmy Buffett has passed away.

Mr. Buffett died at the age of 76. RIP.

Autour du Rocher is about a local hangout that Jimmy and his friends would often visit until it burned down more than 20 years ago. It was a place of great fun I was told by Marius who started Le Select 66 years ago. Jimmy joined the Tremendous Johnson Band at Le Select on Saturday, Feb. 13 to play this St. Bart's favorite.

. . . I first met Jimmy as a guest with him & others at a Maya’s Restaurant dinner in its opening week (1984, I believe). After dinner, the party moved to Autour du Rocher. The place was everything that legends describe.
