Nice clubby GV ambiance.

Cuisine good not great.

Nice bottle of Barolo. (though sommelière was unaware that volatile acidity a wine flaw )

As I recall from years ago, Fiamma was as good as being in Italy. But, I'll have to keep looking for an equivalent. Part of the problem in today's NYC is so many of the top places you want to try are virtually impossible to get reservations . . . for the everyday man (or woman).
