A fixer upper in Lurin

Coming from Saline it is at the top of the "first gear hill" and just before the old one-lane road. I believe

From Santa Fe there is a small road to the right immediately after the spot where the road narrows to one lane (assuming it still does). The entrance to the villa is at the end of the road, there is a communications tower at the end also. There is not much to see from the outside, just the entrance door and the sign.

It is located just below the green arrow.

Hope this helps.

We've always liked BBK but never stayed there. We've been traveling with larger groups these days, but would love to try BBK sometime with just the two of us. How did you like it?

Thanks

We stayed at BBK for years and the views are great. The negative is the entrance is going to be hard for some as it is very steep. The other problem is you can not go right at the bottom of the road thus you have to go left towards Sante Fe. To go right you go left and then there is a little place that you drive into, then back up into the road and head downhill. That allows a 3 point turn. In the summer we found the bugs to be a problem due to lack of breezes. We even bought a bug machine for the place to help reduce the population. The geckos loved it as it provided them a buffet to choose from. Pool is great, rooms and property were nice but needed updating. We moved on at least 7 or 8 years ago. So by now some of those issues may have been fixed. (Except lack of breeze)
