In a slight acquaintance with Pascal, I would say that he is an international restaurateur and successful, entrepreneurial investor . . . with abundant charm & a generous friend.

I've enjoyed knowing Pascal since his early years on SBH . . . it is a nice friendship, but we see each other & "catch-up" only on an irregular basis. My "take" is in part the product of my own acquaintance with Pascal . . . and part based on seeing interaction between him & others.

he's certainly an interesting figure. i was trying to remember all the places he's been involved with. seems like places in saline, flamands, anse des cayes, and now gustavia and shell beach ?

My favorite was when PaCri opened in Saline.


Was not the same at Taiwana and never made it to Manapany when it was there.
