now if I could get alamo to reverse a charge for a parking citation in puerto rico that I paid a year ago, I would be good. alamo waited a year to submit this citation charge. I sent them my credit card statement showing I paid the citation a year ago, they replied that the credit card statement even though says it is for the municipality for san juan does not have the citation number on the credit card statement. I replied to them that my credit card statement also does not have my order number attached to my bloomingdale's charge either. so now I deal with my credit card to reverse this double charge. hey, there is always something...right?
