Villa Aloes requires 4 wheel drive access?

I am considering this villa which appears to be near or part of a development called Pogamus, past and above a business called Body and Soul, perhaps off a road called Chemin du Capitaine Beal. The listing recommends a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Not required, recommended. Is anyone familiar with this Villa or why a 4 wheeler might be required. I’ve been to St. Barts many times and am familiar with the fact that there are steep and twisting roads, so I have that general knowledge. I don’t need that. Looking for something specific about this villa. Thanks.

I was curious about this villa a few years ago when we were still renting on the island. Is it within where the POGUS sign/boxes are or elsewhere in Lurin?

Use Apple Maps, which is pretty good at searching for St Barthelemy streets, and which Google does not currently do. Search for Chemin du Capitaine Beal. Here are two screenshots, one showing the general area, and one zooming in on Chemin du Capitaine Beal.

Thanks to all. Villa company reports there is no problem and they are removing that notice from the listing. I’m not too worried about it. We’ll see when we arrive.

Hi Boodus,
Great views in both directions from pool and jacuzzi. Keep in mind, the living areas are not air conditioned. The bedroom a/c works great.

May have changed settings. Try again
Still says you can't receive messages.
Under your account if you go to privacy, and under "allow users to" scroll to "start conversations with you" if you check "members only" it should work, perhaps you have it checked as "nobody"?

I've tried again to send a direct message (under "coversations") and your settings won't allow.
Feel free to message me if you would like more information.
