Wondering if any of the forum members have ever dined at this 3 star Michelin northwest of Lyon ? I stumbled upon a 4 hour, yes, 4 hour documentary program on 1 of our local PBS stations 2 days ago & recorded it...I watched it all in awe tho in hourly segments. Was fascinated by not only the details from start to finish, but the way in which dining orders were placed in the kitchen, the quietness of that magnificantly designed kitchen as so many went about their specific duties.
