Papillon Ivre menu...Oeuf en Meurette caught my eye...had a different version in the late 90's on a rainy day while in Dijon before going on a barge trip in Burgundy. My 1st husband swore by something similar for a cold...beef bouillon, float a piece of toast with poached egg on top...a few sprinkles of grated cheese...my go to when I have a cold...just no wine in the soup.
