Yup, my kids joined the ski club here in HS....and never looked back. My son worked ski patrol for a year at Kirkland ( where video was shot) .
Now, one in Colorado and one in Utah ( Well, Chile now) ....they live to ski ( and snowboard)

That's great!......Lena is heading down that path too but she dumped the skis for a snowboard two years ago and hasn't looked back

Our daughter started on a snowboard,and loves it, will never ski. Our son, does both, and actually got certified in a rescue course with a split board ! Good for Lena!

I do both.....but I d rather ski...although I have to say snowboard boots are SOOOOOO much more comfortable than ski boots and I even have custom fitted ski boot inserts..
