Villa Cap Frehel vs Les Ilets de La Page beach front Villa

Hello,

Looking at these two properties. From previous walks in 2018 & 2019 when we stayed at Emeraude La Page (miss it so much) think they are right next to each other. The beach front villa at Les Ilets is actually cheaper than Villa Cap Frehel. Is there any benefit to renting Cap Frehel?

Also, can you still cross pass the airport on the beachside if we want to go to Pearl Beach or Eden Rock for drinks?

are there barriers? Yes.
do some ignore the barriers? apparently so.

Is crossing on the beach from one side of the runway to the other still prohibited?
