Top St Barth hotel on the market?

Anyone heard that a "top" hotel on the Island is on the market? An Aug 8 issue of Caribbesn Investor posted a "teaser" that a 2.5 acre top hotel is for sale, but one has to subscribe to read the whole article.

Read about this at least a week ago on I think Caribbean Journal 1st line of story,not a member so couldn't read there, but did elsewhere. Passed info on to another reader of Forum who will be staying there in '24 that a good idea to check now & periodically that reservation had not fallen thru any cracks with a changeover.

Nancy, Sereno confirmed with me that our reservation will not be compromised in any way. That being said, and because I’m an obsessive planner (it’s a sickness…LOL), I will reconfirm this again early next year, and likely once again one month before departure. One cannot be too safe in these situations.
