SXM transit form?

Thanks for the input/feedback - and better safe than sorry - went back into the site and it is working correctly today - - completed/submitted the forms and printed hard copies just in case....

Thanks again !

I looked at the beginning of the form and the drop downs on the first page work. Country of residence has United States, nationality though has "American" instead of US. Place of birth has very sophisticated geo database behind it, even more detailed than US State Department, listing some very obscure places properly.

Just returned on Saturday - going over you do not need to fill out the form - St Barth Commuter retrieved our luggage so we were on our way - going home it is best to have the form if you have checked luggage that needs to be picked up in SXM - you would only need to have your photo taken at the kiosk otherwise you will be filling the form out at the kiosk - we had a 1:00pm departure from SBH - when we arrived in SXM the lines were very long at customs it took about 45 minutes to get through due to most people have to fill the form out -

So, on outbound flights thru SXM, if you’re connecting with SBC to SBH, they collect your US carrier checked bags for you, process them thru customs, and load them on your SXM-SBH flight ?

Interesting that there's so much difference in experiences. I filled out the form for our arrival April 18, and was never questioned about it. Did not fill is out again for the return trip through SXM last Friday, and was able to go through electronic customs and immigration (and picked up a checked bag) without speaking to an agent or filling out any form at all.

Just filled out the form for next week's trip. Got the email, but it's mostly a link. Probably won't be an issue. Did anyone receive a "printed" form I could save to my phone, in case I can't connect to the Internet.
