Although I'm in my 43rd year of scuba diving, I've never gotten the Advanced Scuba certification from the Professional Association Of Diving Instructors (PADI,) one of the worldwide organizations that trains and certifies individuals for safe scuba diving. Years ago it wasn't so necessary to have an Advanced Certification but now it's necessary if a diver wants to dive deeper than 60 feet. I've made many dives deeper than that in the past but today I did a dive to 88 feet to fulfill the requirement for the certification. Here are a few photos and a short video from today's dive on the East side of Le Pain de Sucre.
