Perhaps a good old traditional French bistro? The lettering and French tri-colors on the sign are giving me hope!

Our concierge told us French Bistro.

A French bistro will be a welcome addition for sure... and the façade is a far cry from some of the former iterations of that space, which in addition to L'Entr'acte was also at various times known as Le Pacquebot, and Marius and Fanny (if I remember correctly)... this was one of my favorite decors....
