Anyone with information on Villa Raisiniers - Flamands Beach

Hi, all. My husband and I have decided to celebrate our 20th anniversary in St. Barts. We have wanted to go back since our first trip there 14 years ago. It just took us a little longer than expected! We are interested in renting a villa and have been looking at Villa Raisiniers on Flamands beach. Does anyone have any information on this villa? I have seen a few posts that mention it, but am looking for someone who has stayed recently and/or dealt directly with the owner. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

hello there,

this villa belongs to DDA'S uncle. He built the villa himself and it has a nice pool and is directly on flamands beach. the owner is very flexible with his pricing. the owner is christian greaux and he lives in corossol. he has this advertised also on vrbo with his information. good luck!
