in my experience, usually referring to thin slices of potatoes fried in some manner or another
 
Chips, sheeps, I don't care. However, I would *really* like that description to be parsed so that I know exactly what they're offering. I know that there is Pasta, Pesto, and Ham in it, but exactly where are the sheeps? If they are Ham Sheeps then I have to try this some day, LOL.

we do that spinach salad with balsamic vinaigrette, blue cheese, and strips of roasted and peeled red bell pepper.
