If you’re on the island & like oysters, be sure to go to Zion Restaurant tonight. A shipment of oysters from France arrived yesterday . . . enough for two nights’ service. I enjoyed them last night as a “starter.” They’re plump & flavorful. All cold or half-&-half, cold & warm. When warm, they’re prepared in a sauce with butter & cream. I chose all cold, served with finely chopped shallots in vinegar. Elegant and absolutely delicious!
