As I understand it, the French side of St Martin (unlike St Barth) is sill part of the European Union. So as long as the EU bans flight from the US, it seems as if SXM - Juliana - will do the same. The other option was to once again block the French side of the island from the Dutch side as they did during the confinement period, but that makes it hard for residents who live on one side for example but work on the other....
