I had the passion fruit lacquered tuna last week...sensational. Seared fois gras was my starter...out of this world good. We shared the chocolate salted caramel pie...decadent.
 
Wonderful menu! My mouth is watering reading it, Amy! You had me at fios gras And chocolate caramel pie! Alas, we must wait until April 2021...God willing. Sigh.

Remember the orange lacquer last November at the Gourmet Festival. Was extremely yummy as I recall.
 
Good memory! That was the visiting chef’s contribution.

I wonder if they will try to organize a 2020 gourmet festival or simply skip it this fall.

he certainly was with his reasonably priced take-out menu during the two months of confinement... we thank him for that!
